She was predeceased by: her husband Bryan K. Phelps Sr.; her mother Patsy Lee; and her son Timothy R. Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Bryan K. Phelps Jr. (Tiffany) and Kira Marie Phelps-Hawkins (Aaron Hawkins Sr.); her grandchildren, Ashley (Ed), Heather Leigh, Marissa Kylie, Morgan Joseph Robert of Alexus, A. J., Conner and Trenten; her great grandchildren, Malayna Janeé and Marlee Lynn; her brothers, Robert "Bobby" N. Lay Jr. (Susie) and Johnny R. Lay (Amy); and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by her family and was a loving sister, mom, and grandma.
