She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Hake; and her parents, Charles Seymour and Doris Seymour. She is survived by: her sons, David Hake, Steven Hake (Gina), Michael Hake (Ellen), Robert Hake (Karyn), Daniel Hake (Sara) and Matthew Hake (Kay); and her sister Rhonda Johnson (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Charles Lions Club or the March of Dimes.
