He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carol Jean Johnson and Gus Laverne Johnson; his wife Jackie Tune of St. Charles, MO; his daughters, Chandra Lee (Duane "Dewey") of Waianae, HI, Jennifer Warren (Rob) of St. Charles, MO and Stefanie Means (Brad) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Megan Warren, Abby Means, Lucas Means, Corbin Means and Eli Lee; his brother Timothy Johnson (Kay); and his nephews, Bryce Johnson, Dakota Johnson and Preston Johnson. He was also cherished by family members, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Terry's name to the American Red Cross or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
