He is survived by: his wife Suzie Gamache; his children, Mark Gamache, Greg Gamache, Stacey Tucker (Jay), Dan Craghead and James Craghead; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Tucker, Jhovan, Rheizel, Daniel Jr., Haley Craghead, Nathan, Sullivan and Mary Larkin Craghead; and his sisters, Phyllis Schmidt (Earl) and Lenora Wolf-Mazander.
