She was predeceased by: her parents, William Evans and Thelma Evans (Wilson); her husband Curtis James Leach; her brothers, Wenzel Gaylor Evans and William "Sonny" Evans; and her daughter-in-law Jackie Leach.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis "Wayne" Leach of Wichita, KS and Candice Bommarito (Nick F. Bommarito) of Innsbrook, MO. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
