He was predeceased by: his parents, John Condict and Marjorie Condict; and his sister Tarah Jo Kitchens. He is survived by: his son Chris Condict; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Ashley, Brittany, Kayla, Cameron and Austin.
Tom's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ donation. Donations may be made to the American Lung Association and the American Cancer Society.
