He is survived by: his wife Rita Smith; his children, Rachel Smith (Alfred Coco), Adrienne Smith (Derek Kratzer) and Brian Smith (Erin); his grandchildren, Mabel Kratzer, Phayre Krazter, McKinley "Mac" Smith and Savannah Smith; his siblings, Ray Smith (Cheri), Donna Burger (Bill), Tim Smith (Nancy), Steve Smith (Mary), Mary Terhaar (John), Barb Croas (Colin) and Dan Smith; and his son Tom.
