Virginia Ramsey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Ramsey of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Bloomfield, Missouri, who passed away on May 31, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde W. Ramsey; her parents, Ralph Proffer and Hallie Proffer; and her siblings, Seldon Proffer, Vernon Proffer and Marcella Proffer.

She is survived by: her children, Rita Ramsey and Galen Ramsey; her grandchildren, Joshua Teare, Ian Ramsey, Megan Throop and Olivia Ramsey; her great grandchild Kaide Throop; and her sister Nina Grooms (late Eddie). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.

Memorials may be made in Virginia's name to First St. Charles United Methodist Church.
