She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Leonard and Marie Leonard; and her siblings, Wilma and Wayne. She is survived by: her husband Morris; her children, Len Botkin (Kelle), Katie Wurm (Joe) and Matt Botkin (Susan); and her grandchildren, Garrett, Andrew, Alli (Nick), Abby, Leah (Trevor) and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Missouri P.E.O. Outreach Fund sent to Becky Estep, Mo State Chapter, 17900 East 25th Street Court South, Independence, Missouri 64057-1336.
