He was predeceased by: his wife Gwen Ellen "Pat" Werner; his parents, Harry Louis and Bertha Werner; and his sister Julia Parsons (John). He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Koppen (Bill), Cindy Sbrocco (Ed) and Amy Jarus (Chris); his grandchildren, Katie Sbrocco, Melissa Sbrocco, Gus Koppen, Sam Koppen, Logan Jarus (Tyler), Maxwell Jarus and Addison Jarus; his great grandchild Leo Jarus; and his brother Rex Werner (Marion).

Memorials may be made in Warren's name in lieu of flowers to Forest Park Forever, Museum of Transportation or Church of the Master UCC - Florissant, Mo.
