He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tonya Woods; his parents, Larry Woods (Darlene) and Patricia Gerfin (Bill); his daughter Hailey Fleming (Josh); his grandchildren, Eloise and Maxwell Fleming; his nieces and nephews, Lee Zaner, Peyton Woods, Cole Urbach, Lilly Urbach, Taylor Filarowski and Isabelle Filarowski; his parents-in-law, James R. and Christina M. Maupin; his aunts and uncles, Betty Lebonne (Barry Young), Mike Richau (Karen), Gary Woods (Colleen), Dan Woods (Nancy), Joanne Guercio (William) and Rhonda Hopkins (Paul); and his siblings, Chet Woods (Tracy), Lee Anne Urbach, Heather Filarowski (Michael), Caroline Hopkins and Mindy Armstrong (Rich).
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Wil 's name to the Buffalo Bills Foundation.
