She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Werley (Sadie) and Sadie Werley; her husband Floyd Hawkins; her siblings, Robert Werley, Fred Werley, Marty Moore and Debbie Sansoucie; and her great grandchild Shane Hawkins Jr..

She is survived by : her children, James Hawkins of St. Clair, Marty Light (Monica Steis) of Villa Ridge, Robin Dace (Sean) of St. Clair, Charlene Hawkins of St. Clair, Michelle Crowley (Mark) of St. Clair, Marsha Crider (Christopher Hamilton) of St. Clair and Wanda Hamilton of St. Clair; her siblings, Elmer Werley (Glenda) of Desloge and Lori Hurt (Lawrence) of Ironton; her grandchildren, Shane Hawkins Sr. (Rhonda) of St. Clair, Samantha Hawkins (Travis) of St. Clair, Stephanie Butler (Austin Sims) of Lonedell, Sean Dace (Kathlyn Valley) of Bourbon, Brandon Dace of St. Clair, Brenden Dace (Shelby King) of St. Clair, Dakota Dace of St. Clair, Stacey Panye (Jordan) of Centralia, Patric Schaper of Wright City, Tylor Thurman of St. Clair, Adam Thurman of St. Clair, Brennan Hawkins of St. Clair, Tori Hawkins of Bourbon, Noah Hamilton of Pacific, Creeden Hamilton of Pacific and Liam Hamilton (Kaden Hess) of Pacific; her siblings-in-law, Glenn Moore of Desloge and Helen Long of St. Clair; her nephew John "Rowdy" Long of St. Clair; her niece Glenna Courtway of St. Clair; and her close friend Betty Hamilton of St. Clair.
