It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Ann Lowe-Booth of Saint Clair, Missouri, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Darnell Booth, Sr. of St. Clair, MO; her children, Damien Bay of St. Clair, Emma Bay of St. Clair, Allison Bay of St. Clair and Malachai Booth of St. Clair; her sisters, Terry Lowe-Sprague (Chris) of St. Clair and Heather DeClue of St. Clair; her mother Theresa Reeser of St. Clair; and her stepparents, Sally Herman of St. Clair and Mikel DeClue. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
