With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Jean Phillips (Saint Clair, Missouri), who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nelson Bay and Lucy Mary Bay; her husband Ted Phillips, Sr.; and her siblings, Johnnie Bay, Eugene Bay and Diane McCord.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Haynes (Mark) of Robertsville, MO and Theodore E. Phillips, Jr. (Mindy); her brother Ronald Bay (Connie) of Bowling Green, MO; her grandchildren, James Haynes (Shannon) of Robertsville, MO, Jeffery Haynes (Danielle) of Knob Noster, MO and Alise Phillips (Brad Edmonds) of St. Clair, MO; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Evan, Lucas, Evangeline and Parker; her sister Phyllis Wideman of St. Clair, MO; her family, Tom and Julie Pewitt of St. Clair, MO; and her nieces, Diana DeClue of Union, MO and Jill Middleton of St. Clair, MO. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
