She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Francis (Patricia) and Patricia Francis; and her siblings, Steve Francis and Stephanie Francis. She is survived by: her husband Brian Mills of St. Clair; her children, Brian Andrew Mills (Maggie Hopkins) of St. Clair, Valerie Terry (Joe) of Kansas City, MO and Tiffany Hoke (Justin) of St. Clair; and her grandchildren, Quinn Alexander, Zoe Bailey, Valerie Hoke, Jeremiah Hoke, Isaac Hoke, Nathan Hoke and Silas Hoke. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
