It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Prater (Saint Clair, Missouri), who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Ulysis Prater and May Dora Prater; his wife Norma Prater; his son Pascal Prater; and his siblings, Lowell Prater, Lloyd Prater, Floyd Prater, Bill Prater, Elunice Martin, Imogene Folta, Virgielene Edwards and Betty Carl.
He is survived by: his son Steven Prater (Robin) of Luebbering, MO; his sister-in-law Ilene Young of Sommersville, MO; his grandchildren, Lacey Charles (William) of Summerville, SC, Dustin Prater (Kelly McGinnis) of St. Clair, MO, Ashley Debrecht (Mark) of St. Clair, Whitney Baynes (Bryan), Jacob Prater and Alexis Anderson of Luebbering; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Jack, Landin, Liam, Callie, London and Layne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
