He was predeceased by : his parents, Pate Phillips and Mary Phillips; his siblings, Ted Phillips, Viola Owens, Gladys Carver and Lola Rock; and his son-in-law Richard Mallett.
He is survived by : his wife Frances (Benson); his daughter Dianna Mallet Queen (Mick) of Sullivan; his siblings, Billy Phillips of California, John Phillips of North Carolina and Dorothy Osborn of St. Clair; his grandson Chance Mallett (Becky) of O'Fallon; and his great grandchildren, Kyle and Jacob Mallett of O'Fallon'. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
