He is survived by: his wife Karen Downey of St. Clair; his children, Robert Downey (Connie) of Union, Robin Davis (Mike) of St. Clair and Lynn Rumage of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Brandi, Jamie (Seth), Robbie (Jessie), Andy, Bridgett (Chris), Tony (Michelle), Danielle, Dylan and Braelyn. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
