She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Petty and Glenda Petty; her husband Kenneth "Ken" Creek; her children, Glenda Ruth Creek and Melton Creek; and her grandsons, Johnny Wayne and Michael.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Creek, Crystal Bess, Keith Creek and Johnny Creek; and her grandchildren, Haley, Andrew, Jonathon, Brianna, Tristen, Elise, Noah, Tyler, Zander, Colten and Ayana. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
