He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Allen Newbanks and Jeanelle Marie Newbanks. He is survived by: his children, Steven Newbanks, Jr. of St. Clair, MO, Robert Newbanks (Wendy Israelson) of Fenton, MO and Jennifer O'Donnell (Nick) of Wentzville, MO; his sisters, Lisa Morgan (Joe) of Union, MO, Lori Kirk (Paul) of St. Clair, MO and Lackey (Marty) of St. Clair, MO; his grandchildren, Carter, Cloe, Landon, Camden, Grant, Harrison, Elijah, Josephine, Finnley and Augie; and his great grandchild Kaylee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
