He is survived by: his children, Paige Bird (Patrick) and Jordan Parks (Chelsea); his sister Patti Parks; his former wife Tina Parks; and his grandchildren, Riley Bird and Noah Bird. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Russell Colonial Funeral Home (530 E Springfield Rd, St Clair, MO 63077).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Clair Historical Museum.
