He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Agnes "Aggie" Mathis and William Strubberg; and his uncles, Lawrence and Rich. He is survived by: his daughters, Autum, Kayleigh and Emma; his wife Heather; his parents, Mike Strubberg (Kathy) and Diane Otzenberger (Ken); his siblings, Jason Strubberg and Lauren Otzenberger; his stepsiblings, Michael Otzenberger and Felicia Workman; and his grandmother Laverne Strubberg. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you consider offering support to Billy's wife, Heather, as she begins life as a newly single mother to their three girls.
