He is survived by: his brothers, Charlie Dowell, Garreth Dowell (Rose), Steven Dowell and James Dowell (Angela); his siblings' children, Vicki Dowell (Nathan Hart), Jennifer Dowell, Connie Brown (Richard), Daniel Dowell (Laura) and Zachary Dowell (Macie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob Dowell, Mason Dowell, Austin Hart, Wyatt Hart, Georgia Dowell and Blair Dowell.
