She is survived by: her children, Joe Thomas Whitley Jr. of Texas and Tammy Elizabeth Roark; her son-in-law Charlie of St. James, Missouri; her grandchildren, Makala Skouby, Oliver Durham and Shelby Lynn Roark; her great grandchildren, Roman Picker and Scarlett Picker; and her extended family, Shelly Clark and Elsie.
