In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Ida had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Ida may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walt Niedringhaus and Martha Barbara Rapart (Woolsey); her husband Frank Ledbetter; and her great grandchild Kaden Disser. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Volluz (Carl Shoemate) of St. James, Missouri, Sandra Gale of Greenville, Missouri and Sherry Gale of St. James, Missouri; and her stepson Tony Ledbetter of Florida. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St James Cemetery.
