He is survived by: his wife Janice Ballard of St. James; his children, Greg Ballard (Susanne) of Crossett, Steve Ballard (Stephanie) of Rolla and LeighAnn Carpenter (Daniel) of Rolla; and his sister Betty Calloway of Kentucky. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
