He is survived by: his children, Penny Badgett (Fred), Paul Martinez (Barb), Christopher Martinez and Lora Martinez; and his siblings, James "Dickie" Martinez (Glenda) and Candy Beers (Roy). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
