He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hicks and Mary Hicks (Baker); and his sons, Jeff and Jerry Hicks. He is survived by: his daughters, Judie Richey (David) and Jacquie Hicks (Tim); his grandchildren, Lyndi, Mindy, Claire, Stuart, Korbin and Keaton; and his siblings, Gary Hicks, Donna Stuver, Becci Goodwin, Cindi Ware, Ted Hicks, Jenny Eller and Joni Eller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
