She is survived by: her sibling Dubois; her children, Dr. David Lebsack (Brenda) of St. Joseph, MO and Debra Hergenrader (Rodger) of Elkhorn, NE; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Hergenrader of Columbus, NE, Sara Jetter of Omaha, NE and Shallon Lebsack of St. Joseph, MO; and her brothers, Lee Fankhauser (May) of Ravenwood, MO and Darrel Fankhauser (Cathy) of Green Valley, AZ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
