He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Haxton; his son Dennis Bell (Karen); his grandchildren, Marissa Holcomb, Stephanie Bell and Anthony Bell; his great grandchild Dean; and his sisters, Dora Davis and Betty Hoffman.
