She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Belcher and Pauline Belcher (Andrew); and her brother Larry Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Neal (Dennis) and Brett O'Dell (Amanda); her grandchildren, Paola, Erica and Jay Rangel; her great grandchild Ben Sipes; her brother Leon Andrew; and her former husband Brad O'Dell.
