He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Penland and Benjamin Penland; his sister Violet Jane Constable; and his nephew Adam Penland. He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff Penland (Kim) of St. Joseph, Randy Moore of St. Joseph and David Moore of St. Joseph; his son Greg Penland of Elwood, KS; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Rhiannon and Levi Penland; and his nieces and nephews, Pam, Ben, Jeb, Jessie, Kori and Kyler.
