Betty Means Obituary
The memory of Betty Means of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Bedford, Iowa, who passed away on November 14, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Gibson Woda; and her sister Patricia Clinton. She is survived by: her children, Holly Hoppe (Craig) and Bradley Means (Becky); her grandchildren, Blake Hoppe (Megan), Dylan Hoppe Colin Means (Brianna) and Kendall Means; and her great grandchildren, Rowan Hoppe and Brecken Hoppe. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Pony Express Council of Scouting America.
