He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Blythe (Metzinger); his sons, Mark (Tresa) and Matt (Stacy); his grandchildren, Brett (Jena), Kenzie, Paige (Darren) and Torri (Christian); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Kyrie, Braydi, Collins, Raye and Bennett.
