He is survived by: his children, Jean Ann, Danny Fischer (Wenona), Watson, Jeanie Ann Fischer, John Fischer (Donna) and Pat Franklin; and his brothers, Randy of Bakersfield, California. and Jim Mills of Bakersfield, California.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
