She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren O. Scott and Dorotha L. Scott (Deller); and her husband Donald David Hammond. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Shirley (Daniel) and Amy Hammond-Noland (Shawn); her grandchildren, Carson Hammond and Amelia Rosenback (Danny); her great grandchildren, George and Brey Johnson; her brother David Scott (Debbie); her nieces, Kim Bentley and Lindsey Tilley; and her pets, Ginger and BJ. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506).
