She is survived by: her parents, Alexis Hoffman and Frederick Hoffman; her siblings, Elexis, Novalei, Paislei, Willow, Frederick Jade, Devon and Preston; her grandparents, Jeannie Woolsey of St. Joseph, MO, Rita Church, Frederick Ira Hoffman and John Wildberger; her great-grandparent Grace Wildberger; and her close friend Mary Shaylean Bales.
