Cleta J. Halter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleta J. Halter of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in De Kalb, Missouri, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield Martin and Zurnal Martin; her husband Lawrence Halter (Larry); and her siblings, Raymond Martin and Lucille Eskridge.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Halter, David Halter (Jennifer) and Gail Gerber (David); her grandchildren, Barbara Ford (Michael), Mary Respress, Katie Halter, Edward Halter (Nikki), Alexandra and Addison Gerber; and her great grandchildren, Josilin Case, Malachi, Michael, Milayla Respress, Maxwell, William Halter and Liberty Ford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Huffman United Methodist Church or a charity of donor's choice.
