With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Scanlan Norris (Saint Joseph, Missouri), who passed away on January 23, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Scanlan and Dorothy Scanlan; and her brother Gary Scanlan. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Norris; her son Kevin Halbirt; her stepson Dustin Norris (Brandi); her grandson Devin Halbirt; her stepgranddaughter Halle Norris; and her close friend Jill Young.
