He was predeceased by: his mother Monica Newcomb; and his grandmother Anna Wood. He is survived by: his adoptive parent Shelby Terry; his mother Lisa Morgan (Azalee Morgan); Jaxton and Jasper Crom. He is also survived by his family, friends, and caregivers.
In honor of Dale's life and his unwavering spirit, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Cameron Development Center, where Dale found community and joy throughout his years.
