He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Street and Winnie Street; and his siblings, Eldon Green and Georgia Dunlap. He is survived by: his daughters, Candace LaRose, Julie Gault of Springfield, MO and Shannon Cook; and his siblings, Sidney Hawkins of Utley, TN, Paul Hawkins of Kansas City, Sabra Berry of Elwood, KS, John Patrick Hawkins, Frank Hawkins and Bruce Hajek. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
