He is survived by: his close friend Janet Savage; his children, Joann Shannon (Norman McDonald), Misty Kyle (George Sr.), Bellissia Savage and Roy Savage (Misti Wheeler) of St. Joseph; his siblings, Michael Shannon, Paul Shannon, Kevin Andrus of Colorado and Emma Gipple (Teddy); his grandchildren, George Jr., Stacy, Zackary, Lauren, Travis, Jasmine, Colby, Elizabeth, Anthony, Arianna, Antwain, Teannah, Brandon, Timea, Evelynn, Dylan, Henery, Aaron, Sidney and Emma; and his pet Violet. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
