Matheson; his children, Jason Price, Natasha Price and Nathan Price (Donna Frase); his grandchildren, Mikki Heumader, Grayson Cline, Martha Cline and Franklin Cline; and his brother Edward L. Price. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
