He is survived by: his wife Debora Ann Glasscock; his children, Gregory Sowers (Sabriya) and Debora LeAnn Allen (Michael); his granddaughters, Piper and Adaline Allen; and his siblings, Bradley Sowers (Sharon), Jerry Sowers and Nancy Klassen (Delbert).

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease or Eastside Baptist Church Missions.
