He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Turner; his children, Davida Bangerter (Rich) and Brad Herbert (Sally Bayer); his grandchildren, Court Sinclair (Brenda), Kyle Sinclair (Kimm), Craig Sinclair (Cristie Johns) and Rhondi Herbert; his great grandchildren, Harper and Raena Sinclair; his siblings, Ed Herbert, Terry Herbert (Brenda), Susan Jordan, Geneva O and Callaghan; and his friends, Scott and Kathy Hillyard.
