Dee Alexander Minnis III Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dee Alexander Minnis III of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on November 11, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Dee Alexander Minnis Jr.; his wife Janice I. Harris (Jenny) of Saint Joseph; and his brother-in-law Roc Biffinger. He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi Spain and Kristin Sweetman (Mike); his grandchildren, Megan Emshoff (Ethan), Nathan Spain, Michael Sweetman, Sophie Sweetman and Lydia Sweetman; and his siblings, Michael Minnis (Debbie), Don Minnis (Virginia), Jane Ann Biffinger, Judy Proffitt (Roger) and Joyce Nolan (Dan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
