She was predeceased by: her father Leo F. Vertin; and her brother-in-law Jerry Root. She is survived by: her mother Delores M. Vertin (Ryser); her son Benjamin Coursen (Amanda); her grandchildren, Cooper, Clara and Cruise Coursen; and her siblings, Pamela Boyd (Richard), Paula Bahr (Larry), Kevin Vertin (Lori), Alan Vertin (Trudy), Karla Root, Richard Vertin (Linda) and Brent Vertin (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
