He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Goldizen; his parents, John Goldizen and Mary Goldizen; and his siblings, George, William, Bob Goldizen, Mary Jones, Evelyn Larrison, Billie Goldizen, Joan McKnight, Betty Jacobs and Rosemary Bonham.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer DeAlvarado; his grandchildren, Skyler, Sawyer, Spencer and Emily; his stepdaughter Penny McKnight; and his brothers, David Goldizen (Marva) and John Goldizen, Jr..
