He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Campbell and Clem Campbell; his children, Denise Burns, Diane Campbell and Denille Campbell; and his siblings, Clem Jr., Billie Jo, Delora and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Campbell; his children, Dave Campbell (Valerie) of Springfield, MO, Paul Davis of St. Joseph, Cassandra Henley (Allen) of Savannah, MO, Michael Copeland (Rachel) of St. Joseph and Sean Barnett (Melynda) of Gower, MO; his brother Robert D. Campbell (Lynda); and his daughter-in-law Deb Campbell of Pella, IA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
