He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Grayson and Nannie Grayson (Sylvie); his granddaughter Alicia Janae'a; and his siblings, Margaret Anderson, Barbara Bingham, Farris, Harold and Delbert Grayson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Pennel; his daughters, Pam and Bari Grayson; his grandchildren, Austen, David and Aalayha; and his siblings, Carl Grayson (Dorothy), Wille Lee Grayson (Charlene) and Wilmenta Grayson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
